How do you make that delicious sour cream sauce on fish tacos? I live for it. How about you? It’s not as hard as you think to whip up, and you can use it for salad dressing or even dip for chips. This sauce is delicious!
Sauce for Fish Tacos
Fish Taco Sauce – A simple sour cream based taco sauce for fish tacos. It is slightly spicy, slightly acidic, and extremely addicting.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- ⅔ cup Mayonnaise Prefer Duke's Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Siracha
- ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 1½ tbsp. lime juice one large lime juiced
To Taste
- Salt to Taste
Instructions
- Combine above ingredients in bowl and mix thoroughly and seal tightly.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
