Week 2.1 – My Weight Loss Journey – Starting over yet again. Sigh…It’s fine. It happens. I quit smoking on November 5, 2011, and I’m pretty sure I attempted to quit smoking at least a dozen times before I was successful. Do you know what worked for me? Smoking caused me pain and to vomit. Well, so I thought it was the smoking. Turns out it was morning sickness, but I still never smoked again. Whatever works, right?!? That is how I operate. If it works, let us do it regardless of how unconventional it is.
