Crab Salad (Imitation Crab Meat Salad)

Crab Salad (Imitation Crab Meat Salad) – My husband loves crab salad.  This recipe started off as his and then I tweaked it just a little.  You can eat this by itself or as a dip with chips or crackers.  Or have yourself a crab salad sub sandwich.  Cooking is an art.  Experiment with this recipe and let me know you change or add.
